DETAILS This project is in downtown Aspen adjacent to the Little Nell, a 92-room resort near a gondola at the base of Aspen Mountain. It consists of 26 three- and four-bedroom residences in two six-story buildings. The units will form a residence club, whereby owners purchase one-eighth shares of either size unit and are granted at least six weeks a year at the club. The project will also include seven rooms that will be used by the hotel. The residences will come furnished, with details including fireplaces, underground parking and climate-controlled storage areas. A terrace lounge will be built off the restaurant, and the rooftop pool area will include whirlpools and fire pits. The many services offered to owners will include grocery shopping and 24-hour concierge and room service.
