The choice for a 3 bedroom is Friday to Friday. By mid-August, the owner is notified what weeks he received and what additional weeks are available. With this information, the owner selects his additional week.
In January the owners are asked to select their choice of 2 PRIME SUMMER WEEKS by listing a first, second and third choice. The choice for a 4 bedroom is Sat to Sat. the choice for a 3 bedroom is Friday to Friday. By mid-Feb, the owner is notified what weeks he received and what additional weeks are available. Ownership
Each one-eighth (1/8) interest is an undivided deed, fee simple interest in real estate. Each
owner has equal rights of usage within their three- or four-bedroom residence type based on the
rotation system. Ownership is evidenced by a real estate deed, recorded in the county records
and insured by a title insurance policy. The deeded one-eighth (1/8) undivided interest may be
financed, willed, placed in a trust or owned separately. Owners may purchase as many one-eighth
(1/8) interests as they wish as it pertains to their travel needs.
Hotel Rooms
There are eight (8) Hotel Rooms and Suites located in the club that will be “exclusively reserved”
for two weeks after each confirmation date, each season, for our Owners’ use only. Applicable
seasonal rates will apply.
